DRIVE-BY INSPECTIONS top

These reports are generated for clients who wish to gain general information about an apartment or house without occupant contact.

Condition of Apartment or house will be documented.
Exterior photos will be obtained.
Apartment or house’s location will be verified.
Neighborhood of property will be reported on.

FIELD VISIT INSPECTIONS top

In this service the inspector will go to apartment or house and make contact with individual(s) and relay any message from lender or leave note to make contact.

Exterior and or interior condition report will be filed.
Exterior and or interior photos will be obtained.
Inspector will obtain current contact information.
Leave contact note if customer is not present.
Speak with neighbors/landlord for contact numbers, if client requests.

CONDITION REPORT INSPECTIONS top

The inspector goes to occupied or vacant apartment or house, with or without scheduled appointment based on request, and determines condition of property through the use of a customized report and pictures.

Exterior and interior condition report with detailed information.
Photos of apartment and or house will be furnished.
Photos of specific damages with explanation will be furnished.
Neighborhood checks will be made, including photos.
Neighbors can be contacted if desired by client.

INSURANCE INSPECTIONS top

This inspection is used to ascertain risks and insurability of apartment or house.

Any deferred maintenance to apartment or house will be assessed with written report.
The degree of any deferred maintenance will be reported in detail.
Photos of deferred maintenance will be furnished with description of specifics.
Property is surveyed to determine condition and insurability for all risks.
Neighborhood assessment is made to assist in decision making.
Neighbors can be contacted for additional information if desired by client.

LOSS OR REPAIR INSPECTIONS top

This report can assist insurance companies with determining the insured loss/repairs completed of any apartment or house.

Inspector will visit property and report on condition.
Photos will be taken to show loss or repairs.
All damages or repairs will be listed in detail.
Neighborhood will be assessed in relation to loss.
Report can be used in determining insurability before loss.
