These services include, but are not limited to, vehicles, RVs, boats, heavy duty commercial equipment and large farm equipment.

FIELD INSPECTION SERVICES top

Collateral is viewed to determine its use and location.
Photos of collateral will be taken to determine condition.
Comprehensive report on collateral will be completed.
Neighborhood report of use for collateral will be completed.
Proper use of collateral will be determined.
Identification numbers will be documented.

VERIFICATION SERVICES INSPECTION top

The inspector will verify that collateral is used in the manner it is set forth as well as by individuals who are authorized to use such equipment.

Inspector will observe collateral and file report on usage.
Photos of proper or improper usage will be filed.
Contact with operator or owner can be made.
Neighborhood contacts can be made to determine proper use.
Identification numbers will be documented.

DELINQUENCY INSPECTION SERVICES top

In this service the inspector will visit customer to enable client to discuss delinquency with debtor or party in possession of collateral.

Inspector will make contact with owner of collateral and put on phone with client.
Photos of collateral will be taken to verify condition of collateral.
Written note to make contact will be left in case owner is not available.
Neighbors will be contacted if desired by client to obtain further information on collateral and contact numbers.
Area will be canvassed to determine location and use for collateral.

CONTINGENCY SKIP-TRACE

COLLATERAL SERVICES top

This service will find lost or relocated equipment.

Inspector will go to address and attempt to locate property.
Neighborhood of collateral will be canvassed for leads regarding collateral.
Present/past business/other associates will be contacted to determine location of owner or collateral.
Local records will be searched to determine location of owner or collateral.
Credit reports can be accessed in order to provide leads on collateral.
There will be No Charge if collateral is not located.

CONDITION REPORT SERVICES top

This service will give client detailed information on condition of collateral.

Inspector will complete detailed condition report for collateral.
Photos of all major portions of collateral will be taken with special concentration of any damages.
Neighborhood of collateral will be included in condition report.
Use of collateral will be documented.
Identification numbers will be documented.

DRIVE-BY INSPECTION SERVICES top

This report is used when no contact is desired.

Exterior condition of collateral is completed.
Exterior photos of collateral will be obtained.
Location of collateral will be verified complete with directions.
